The head rails on this range are made from rigid UPVC and reinforced with steel so they can take the extra weight of wooden slats. Cheaper wooden blinds from other companies use inferior plastic rails without reinforcement which isn't up to the job and will sag or twist over time.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a natural wood product and is therefore not suitable for use in areas of high condensation.
