For all our quality made to measure blinds delivery is usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on the type of blind.  If for any reason the delivery time is likely to be increased then we will contact you.

All our orders need to be signed for on delivery so if you can’t be home at certain times you can specify an alternate delivery address or have them delivered to you place of work.

Once your blinds have been manufactured and are about to be despatched Sunnydale blinds will email you notifying that your order is on its way.

We appreciate that there may be the rare occasion that goods can be damaged in transit, or arrive with yourself not to the specification you expected. If either of the situations arise, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will endeavour to assist and guide you through any procedure for returning or replacing your goods or making claims against the courier.
